The TELUS Program objective is to deploy TELUS in all MPOs and State Department of Transportation in the United States. To this end, the Program offers users training, installation and customization services.

TELUS software and related installation service is available free of charge to any MPO, State Department of Transportation, and federal agency.

TELUS helps the SDOTs and MPOs perform their duties effectively and efficiently by providing a highly sophisticated and user-friendly data-management, decision-support, and information-dissemination system. This system uses easy-to-read graphical screens, short-cut buttons, drop-down menus, and other features that make data entry, data analysis, and reporting simple and efficient.
