What is TELUS National?

The TELUS software features an automated Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) showing present or proposed projects; scoring based on a number of criteria; interrelationships between construction schedule, location and funding sources, a GIS module and intuitive user interface and formatted report output.


How much does TELUS cost?

TELUS is being provided to MPOs and State DOTs at no cost. Funding for development and deployment of the system is being provided for the Federal Highways Administration (FHWA).


What are the system requirements?

Minimum reccomended system requirements include: a Pentium PC 133MHz, 32 mb of memory, 200 mb hard disk, Windows 95\98\NT, and MS Access 2000.


Do I have to purchase MS Access 2000?

No, although the full version of MS Access 2000 is suggested, TELUS-National ships with a free version of MS Access 2000 runtime.


Why do I get the error “*/Cannot find or load the file RoboEx32.dll. This file should be copied to C:\WINDOWS\ System32 or a directory in your PATH/*.” Or */“An error exists in this Help file. Contact your application vendor for an updated Help file. (1024)”/*?

RoboEx32.dll is a Reference file for TELUS Help system. TELUS cannot find this file on your system. To resolve this error, please download RoboEx32.dll and save it in your System32 directory.
